Our team risked their safety by getting to the dumping site and collected photographic evidence, which was later produced on affidavit before the Supreme Court of India. The Court immediately\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/main.sci.gov.in\/supremecourt\/1985\/63998\/63998_1985_32_2_23035_Order_21-Jul-2020.pdf\">took note<\/a>\u00a0of the situation and a massive clean-up operation was ordered. The forest patch where the waste was being burnt has also been restored.
