In a challenging Company Appeal seeking restoration of a firm struck off from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal register, the Hon’ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), New Delhi ruled in favour of our client M/s Sark Infraprojects Pvt. Ltd.
Rashmi Dixit v. Medical Council of India & Anr.
In a significant win for patient rights and in particular the reproductive health of women, our Chamber appeared and won in an Appeal against the Medical Council of India (Now, National Medical Commission), the Delhi Medical Council and a doctor accused of medical negligence.

In 2017, I was approached by a young disability activist, Nipun Malhotra, who wanted to know if we could challenge the Delhi State Government’s proposed decision to acquire thousands of inaccessible public-transport buses.
